Marie Kondo your Relationships with Self-Love
Your social wellness is a crucial aspect of your overall health and well-being. One way to enhance social wellness is to practice self-love when you cultivate relationships. It's time for you to embrace your self-love and Marie Kondo your relationships. So what does Marie Kondo say? She says, "Keep only the [relationships] that speak to your heart. Then take the plunge and discard all the rest" In this case, you must do a relationship sweep and keep only those relationships that speak to your heart and spark joy.
When you love yourself, you are better equipped to love others, leading to deeper, healthier and fulfilling relationships that bring goodness and happiness into your life. You create a sacred space of allow yourself to create and attract relationships that truly speak to your heart and support you unconditionally without anyone feeling anything but love and joy throughout the ups and downs of any relationship.
As you fall in love with yourself, you implicitly trust your values, beliefs, needs and feelings to define what relationships spark your joy. When you use self-love to decide what is and what is not acceptable in a relationship you effortlessly create healthy and loving boundaries that provide balance and prevent others from taking advantage of you or causing you harm. You will also be less likely to tolerate toxic relationships and more likely to attract positive, healthy relationships that inspire, motivate, and spark your joy!
Loving yourself also means creating a social lifestyle that creates and attracts relationships that spark joy into your life while setting your loving boundaries to nurture your relationships. When you set loving boundaries, you communicate to others what you will and will not tolerate, which helps to prevent misunderstandings and conflict. By practicing self-love, you will be better equipped to manage social situations and social conflict from a place of self-love. You will also release with grace and confidence all relationships in your life that do not honor your highest good and social wellbeing.
As you begin practicing self-love, you will feel empowered to lovingly Marie Kondo your relationship space in favor of nurturing relationships that spark joy and speak to your heart. Remember, loving yourself is the first step to loving others and creating a loving circle of nurturing relationships that amplify your frequency of love. By the way, I can’t wait to share with you my upcoming The Frequency of Self-Love Workshop and Coaching event on February 2024.
